No..happened a few weeks ago, I can use the laptop but when I try to connect to the internet is when I get the message?

RIGHT-CLICK on the Start button at the bottom-right and then click RUN.

Type in appwiz.cpl and press ENTER.

In the window that comes up, click "Turn Windows features on or off" at the left side.

UNTICK "Internet Explorer 11" from the list, and click OK > OK.

When done uninstalling, click "Restart later" when prompted.

Next, click on the "Turn Windows features on or off" option one more time, and then RE-TICK Internet Explorer 11 and click OK > OK.

Finally after it's reinstalled, restart this time when prompted.

After the restart, check the browser again and let me know. I'll standing by; thank you.

Saw where I was charged an additional $ 39 on my credit card for your service...needless to say my computer problem has not been resolved but I got charged anyway.....this is a total ripoff....!
