Had problems with this computer was running windows pro that i had paid for when updating from windows home. had many problems and tried the star new with your program..All was going good and cleaned disk and startd installing windows.went so far the went into a loop .

did not know what the problem was. still had dell support. they went through and with more coast the send me a os recovery key and got this comp up and runnind with windows home. whant to go back to win pro which i have already paid for.
