I have paid for and reinstalled ms office 365 for the next year, but when i open up any of the programs a message pops up saying that my subscription has expirwed

It was assembled by my IT man

I had a subscription of office 365 for a year and it expired today

i though i was going to talk to a person from microsoft, not just anybody. i was asked to pay $5 refundable and then i found out that i paid $67. ms help is normally free. so i feel i am ripped off
