I can't access my...

I can't access my emails because its asking for my password ***** I have forgotten, I have put in a couple of requests but keep going around in circles.the main problem is all my bills come on line and I can't access them so can't pay them?

No, only have it on my PC

I should have but its been so long since I've to use I'm not sure?
