Just purchased Quicken Delux on line and am activating. Activation screen asks for activation code and instructs to look for the code on order confirmation. Order confirmation has no code.

Have installed and am trying to get the accounts in from a backup.

I got switched to you by quicken. They failed to send me an activation code after I purchased the product. I don't want to pay anybody for Quickens mistake. If this is to be a charge to me we should not go on..
