I am using windows...

I am using windows live 2012 through our internet service with rcn.com. Lately there are issues receiving and sending emails, and getting error messages for sent emails that were undeliverable, that I never sent

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

Internet connection seems normal (fine) - using browser - set up is through rcn

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

Been using for years with no problems and have not changed firewall settings.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
