That means its not under account you logged in to or you do not have subscription for it.

Does it stare Visio? If so, login to the account you subscribed with and you will be able to download it.

You will not see it if you do not have subscription for it.

In addition, such cloud-only features as Data Visualizer, Database Reverse Engineering, Improved Support for the AutoCAD drawings have been recently introduced. Plan 2 also allows each user to install Visio on up to five PCs running Windows 10, Windows 8 or Windows 7. It automatically installs the latest updates (both feature and security) for the duration of the subscription. Visio Online Plan 1 with 2 GB OneDrive storage is also included.

I had previously had visio on my desktop as part of this subscription. So I could use the program even if I weren't connected to the web. But when I log into my account, I have no access to a download or to visio online
