I forgot my password. Have a paid subscription. Got new password. Had to fill out new questions. Wanted me to pay new subscription. I can not get back to my old account. getting upset. Called customer service line got someone offering free gift and then another number, called that and got some recording for something else. I hope you can help me before I want to just cancel this whole thing

I do not think it has to do with my computer It has to do with the company not letting me into my old account If they would give me my old password ***** pin I could get into account

I would like your help since I can not seem to reach anyone at this company. The customer service number I was given leads to a 8 assistance number that does not give you a number for eharmony 1-***-***-**** I seem to be going in circles with this an can not reach a human to help me with this and at each turn I am asked for more money
