Panasonic home phone KX-TGF370. I have already paid the 5.00

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your KX-TGF370? What have you tried so far?

Everything, I do not have instruction booklet.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?

I repeat this is not a Smartphone. Panasonic Home Phone I have already paid the %5.00 maybe twice at this point.
