I want to download photos from a flash drive to my new

I want to download...

I want to download photos from a flash drive to my new Windows 10 laptop, The photos are in multiple defined folders in a My Pictures folder from my old Vista system. I attempted download and Windows 10 pulled photos out and filed them by date. I want the pictures to remain in the current folders once downloaded

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Lenovo? Have you installed any updates recently?

I purchased the Lenova last Friday and when I powered it up there was a large Windows update waiting. There has also been a Lenova update. I don't know the specifics of either update.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I suppose we could talk about creating shortcuts and how to create wallpaper once I have photos to work with, but those aren't critical.

I connected to your system several days ago and after a few minutes decided that since your company is not connected to Microsoft, I did not want to use your services. The next day I noted that my credit card had been charged $5 an refundable amount I had agreed to, and an additional $42 that I had not agreed to. Since I decided that I did not want to use your services, and I did not agree to the $42 amount, I would assume that your company will refund at least the $42 amount immediately. I also want to be assured that this is not a continuing monthly charge for services that I did not request.
