I keep getting Windows 10 telling me that i need to free up space to install yet my computer is telling me that windows 10 cannot be installed Neil Wilson

I was not trying to do anything the update assistant just appreared on my computer and said to insyall windows 10 i need to free up space which I tried to do but then my computer tells me this version of windows 10 cannot be installed on my laptop
