When I open a...

When I open a message (or forward or reply) in Outlook the font becomes microscopic. The messages look normal in the preview pane. This just started... how do I fix it?

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update Outlook?

I don't remember, but the version of Office that it's part of is only 18 months old.

Going into the settings in the account via File.

Press the Windows icon and type snipping tool on the search bar

And select the snipping tool and drag and drop the portion of your outlook.

I just took a quick look and I've tried all those. The font is still listed as 11 in the messages, but the "view" is tiny if that makes any sense.
