Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

I have an android phone, but that isn't working either. i sent through all the credentials for help on thursday. I am an on line store, and I have not received any emails for black friday or cyber monday. They told me I would hear back in 24 hrs. The issue is that I don't know what the old password ***** so I can't change the new one.
