I want to get rid of no username and password ***** do not know how it got into my system

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?

Windows 7 and i use google chrome

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

Since yesterday and i have tried to use other accounts and it works ok on them just one account when i try to access it it comes up use password ***** no username if i try and change password ***** tells me the same thing

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

Just that i am a bit slow on the computer i am 91 years old
