Solution #1:

  1. Click on Start (which is the windows logo icon located at the bottom left of the computer's screen), then click on the gear icon (that's Settings.)
    - (Or press at the same time the two keys Windows logo and i on the computer's keyboard, then the Settings window should open.)
  2. Then click on option Update & security.
  3. Then click on option Recovery.
  4. Click on option Reset PC, and continue.
  5. When prompted, select option Remove everything and continue / reset.

If that does not work, please try:

Solution #2:

  1. Shut down / restart the computer.
  2. Do not log in the computer.
  3. At the password ***** login screen, press and keep holding the Shift key on the keyboard.
  4. Click on the Power icon at the bottom right of the computer's screen, then click on the option Restart while still holding the Shift key.
  5. When a menu appears, then you can release the Shift key.
  6. When prompted, click on the Troubleshoot option.
  7. Then select the option Reset PC, and continue.
  8. When prompted, select the option "Removing everything" and "Just remove files.", and continue / reset.
