I just signed up for a hallmark package and thought I had downloaded it but have no idea!!!

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?

HP desk top and I am old lady and not sure of anything

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your HP? What have you tried so far?

Nothing is wrong with my computer. I just need to down load my package from hallmark and don't know if it did
