I put in what I thought was my password, it shows error and I cancel out. It continues to pop up.

ok, so the issue is then with the email app, thank you

  1. Open the “Email” app.
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap the email account you wish to remove.
  4. Scroll all the way to the bottom and select the option to “Delete Account from Device”, and the account will be deleted.

Then to add it again

  1. Open the “Email” app.
  2. If you haven’t setup an email account yet, you will be prompted to select an email provider. If you have already setup an email account, you will have to select “Menu” > “Settings” > “Add account“.
  3. Type the email address and password ***** the account you wish to add, then select “Next“.
  4. Complete the process on the screen
