New tablet with windows...

New tablet with windows 10. Having trouble with win wont use my wfy It wont search for anything. I did get this code or fault oem17win10.msn.com

Technician's Assistant: What's the model of your device? How old is it?

Its a 10.1" Flex Tablet with detachable keyboard. just got it two day ago

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Android device?

First ii went thru the start up on it and it gave me trouble conecting to my router. had to redo it probably in the area of 10 times before it finally reconiged it. right now I decided to take it back to day one.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Android Expert to know before I connect you?

Only that it dosent search for any thing my table is connected now to the router but it wont search for anything.

OK - to allow me to connect to your PC/MAC, you must install remote access software. The software is below, use the "Family and Friends" version. It's free.

Once installed I need the ID and Password ***** displays, i do not need the one you created, I am looking for the one that TeamViewer gives you when you open the program.

I don't know how I can connect. Because it won't search anything. After you try it says we can't reach this page. And yes I just tryed to get to what you want me to log onto

I can on my phone because that's what I am using to talk to you but again the tablet can not or will not search. Even though it is connected to my router.
