I HAVE BEEN THROUGH TO ROGERS IN CANADA AND THEY SAY MY ACCOUNT IS NOT LOCKED - I AM AT THE END OF MY TETHER - THIS MESSAGE KEEP FLASHING ON MY SCREEN - AND NOT DOWNLOADING MY E-MAILS. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
