Good morning, I have three users on my computer. After and automatic update from windows, I lot all my settings documents, files, desktop settings all my Outlook e-mails. Please what can I do to rectfy the problem? is there a way to restore all my info as the other two users lost no info at all. Thank you Adri

I did not update my Outlook. Just my windows 10 that I have received from Microsoft

I have already paid an amount of R470.00 to Microsoft which is refundable as I understand. I feel this is not a problem that I created but the update from Microsoft.
