expired and left this phone...
I received phone call that my Microsoft certificate has expired and left this phone number(###) ###-####to call. Cannot get through for days. Now my computer say windows did not load correctly. At one point it said critical process died. What do I do now? I hope you can help me. Thank you for your time.

There is no such thing as "expired Microsoft Certificate". And Microsoft will not call you about it. Scammers usually call people and try to scam them out of money this way.

Ok but now my computer does not work. It says windows did not start correctly. Contine. Troubleshoot. Turn off your PC.I've done all three. Nothing works. At one point it said: critical process died

If it was originally windows 7 professional, windows 8.1 pro included and then upgraded to 10 would that make a difference?
