For weeks I've been...

For weeks I've been getting "Internet Explorer not working" error messages but I managed to continue with it. I have IE 11 for Windows 8.1. Today, a Thanksgiving gift - It has REALLY stopped working. I am an 81-y.o. PC user - a researcher and writer - and I also need to access My Favorites in Google, like personal banking . I have 4 pages of instructions on how to fix. Tried them all. Nada. Last resort is Reset This PC. If that goes wrong I'm in deep trouble and face a costly repair bill. Can you help me now so I can use Microsoft Google and my mail and favorites? I use Mozilla Firefox to access my Google mail, but that's all it's good for. PLEASE HELP ME. Thanks.

I was just charged for a membership I didn't ask for. The online advertising said "a free trial." Now the prices keep increasing.THE ANSWER IS NO - I WON'T PAY - AND I WANT MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER DELETED.
