Have QB Pro 2015...

Have QB Pro 2015. Added new company. Received payment on first invoice--it did not appear as deposit on Register??? Original company has always worked fine.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?

Dell 8900 Desktop Windows 10.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your 8900? What have you tried so far?

I have never had this issue, with this computer, before. I simply added a company, then with my first invoice, collected payment, entered through "Receive Payment," and it did not show up at all on Register, as it always has with the original company.

The start date isn’t something that you enter in a field in QB; it’s simply the earliest transaction date in your company file. Have any transactions been entered yet?

After examining the "Receive Payment" screen on my other company account, my new company screen will not open the "Where does it go" question link...which allows specification of the 'Checking Account;' however, when I click on it, it does nothing.
