Hi Pearl, Good morning ,
I had talked to Ken Haberman Incident #328501-Further to the above noted incident in October, I did follow your instructions and it did work for a while. Now it seems that when I want to download a file from Lees files to a disk, it doesn’t seem to want to do that, it just sits there until I restart the computer and beyond as well – just has downloading and nothing happens. I did perform a local database reset but that does not seem to change the problem at all.In the meantime he as used AxCrypt on his closed files, would that be a problem causing this download problem?Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I advise that you first make sure that you have the right sort of disc in your disc drive.

Some discs may be refused, depending on the type of your drive - or if you have been trying the same disc each time, it may be a bad disc, period - which does sometimes happen.

Also, try running DISK CLEANUP, and delete all Temporary Internet Files and all Temporary Files found. Then try the documents-to-disc process again.
