Technician's Assistant: Hi. How can I help?

I have a microsoft webcam model 1381 that I would like to install on my PC, It work with windows 8.1 but doesn't seem to work with win 10. what drive could I use to install it? 2nd Would this cost me any $'s for the help. Sorry to ask but sometime when get help there are hidden agendas. thx

I bought it couple years back can't remember how long and it work with win 7 then I upgraded to 8.1 then migrated to 10. I've tried different downloads from cnet, softronic etc but have no joy
