All of a sudden when trying to logon to gmail I get error 400 that server could not find the requested url

Technician's Assistant: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?

3 or 4 days on my chromebook. I'm on another computer right now.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of your computer?

How do I find that?

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your computer? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Purchased 3 or 4 years ago. My wife uses the chromebook exclusively. I use windows and not accustomed to chromebook. I have it here with me now though.

I would like to enter my wife's email account on my computer but it only want to open on my gmail account. No other computers on our network are having gmail entry problems.

On Chromebook: Try this: Logout from your Gmail account, then close and reopen browser, navigate to Gmail.com and login with your wife's Gmail account.

My problem is that on the chromebook gmail access is prohibited. error message 400 says server can not find the submitted url.

I got some suggestions on line to put in several gmail urls which we tried and got no where.

My problem is on my wife's ACER Chromebook which has a google operating system----nothing like or associated with windows microsoft. Different animal altogether. Must have a technician familiar with chromebook. We have had the chromebook for three years with no problems. All of a sudden the chromebook can not access gmail. It gets a 400 error code and says can not find the submitted url on this server. Google chrome is the server. All internet functions work ok except for gmail. Are you on duty today?

You have solicited remote assistance at $39.00. You have already charged me for it once before and you can't even get into a Chromebook's operating system. I have disputed the charge on CitiCards and the $31.00 charge since you have been of no assistance at all. Consider our agreement terminated. It is obvious your technicians know nothing about Chromebooks.
