My Huawei MT2L03 has...

My Huawei MT2L03 has been blocked after I bought a sim care and used it in China. Repair specialist in China couldn't fit it and I was told it has to be fixed in the US. How can we unlocked it?

It's a mobile phone, not computer.

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your computer? What troubleshooting have you tried?

I bought it 2 years ago in nyc. Its screen shows "Phone is sim network blocked."
