JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: make is DELL, model is INSPIRON DESK-TOP
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your Inspiron?
Customer: Windows 10
JA: When did you purchase your Dell? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Purchased about a month ago--computer asked for password ***** I didn't have. Computer tech got that cleared but now I cannot get to e-mails
