Technician's Assistant: What's the model and Operating System (OS) of your HP?

Cannot get send/receive. Telstra cannot help.

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your HP? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Bought HP in May. I have been on to Telstra, cannot help, says it is you. I use Windows 10 and Outlook

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I have been unable send/receive since 5.30pm yesterday. Up until then all was perfect.
