Hi it keeps crashing...

Hi it keeps crashing particularly when I'm in internet explorer. I'm trying to reactivate my Microsoft office.

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your computer? And what operating system are you running?

It's a HP laptop and it's Microsoft 8 or 10 (sorry not sure)

Technician's Assistant: What's the model and Operating System (OS) of your hp?

It's a PC and not sure of os

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your hp? What troubleshooting have you tried?

It's a few years old. Haven't tried any troubleshooting

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
