Oh boy, you are chatting to a Luddite. I am having trouble with Outlook Express, Windows 10. Yesterday I was trying to fix Browsing Notifications on the eAngel website (I proofread for them) and I have done something stupid and changed passwords and now my emails won't arrive!

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your computer? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Seee, the stupid little box even pops up here. Tried to take a screenshot for you but to no avail.
