On my HP 110-124..started...

On my HP 110-124..started with a Microsoft Update that went wrong..spent days trying to get it to finish...F11 --troubleshooted..everything passed.. today: actually got to the enter password ***** ..but it would not accept anything..now back to being frozen on non sign in page

Technician's Assistant: What's the model and Operating System (OS) of your HP?

Wish I could tell you but cant log into it did get this error message today

I would need you to pull out the Hard drive from the computer and install it into an external enclosure
