When opening a new page in Microsoft , it shows a symbol and doesn't allow me to clear it. I cannot do anything as far as creating a new document.

No I have note, just purchased Microsoft home and office yesterday

No, only this issue, also did home and office come with antivurs, mcaffee keeps popping up that I have 638 issues. I don't care for mcafee
