Hello, I can't login to my Microsoft 365 Account. It tells me that the User Name or Password ***** ***** I've double, triple checked and still can't login ?

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your computer? And what operating system are you running?

It a MacBookPro and its running 10.9.5

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

I'm not sure, as I always install updates as and when I'm prompted to.

Just that I've been using the same name and password ***** some years now.
