Inspiron 3252, Windows 10

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your Dell? What troubleshooting have you tried?

A few years back. Did pay $100 for tech support not too long ago.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I have tried my requested startup password ***** no avail. computer was fine this AM. Used update and turnoff this AM. Not accepting password. Recent updates have not been accepted -- something about drivers.
