I have a new password but it won't come up on Aol that's why ichose to go remote

That's Aol is my server they already gave me the password *****

OK... but do you have AOL Gold, or some older program that you are trying to access your AOL with?

And, does AOL refuse to sign in with the new password, as well as the old password, in identical fashion?

Connected to customer's PC, determined that signs and evidence of malware infections was high, recommended a good anti-virus for this PC or any successor PC. Log-ins may be not-working owing to that. Good wishes.
