A guy called and said that Microsoft was refunding money because the company I secured my computer with had ther license recinded,
Theyes had the amount I initially paid for security, a couple hundred dollars. Unfortunately I followed their instructions and I now think my computer is compromised. What can I do if anything. I already contacted and changed passwords. I have a windows 10 opeating system.Dell Presario. Any suggestions???

I am sorry this has happened to you. This is a popular scam that has been going on. Microsoft does not call customers regarding issues with computers, Please DO NOT call or let them have access to your computer anymore, Please Report them to the Internet Crime Bureau here : http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx also call your card carrier, report the unauthorized charges
