I'm trying to set up email on new dell computer in outlook. Says operation timed out waiting for response from server - POP. Say contact server administrator. ***@******.*** - a AT&T/Yahoo account

Model - XPS13

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your Dell? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Today - tried repeating set up but got same answer. Keep in mind I am not computer literate
