My microsoft 7 has...

My microsoft 7 has a problem. It boots to a HP screen that say it is a temporary profile that denys me access to my files and will not save any files i create. It says it will go away if I reboot. It didn't. I tried a Hard reset recommended by HP, but wndows does not come up. I checked my hard drive with the smart utility and is says it is ok. The computer is only partly functional now. Checked the event file and foound a recent entry that said driver failed to load: qknfd

Checked SMART utility to see if disk drive ok - It passed.
