We were told that all we had to do was enter our product code and password.
What could be wrong?

Yes, I understand your concern it should do like this but we have to check this now is it okay with you if i will take the remote access of your computer and check for the issue This is only an add on service and it is an optional plan, If you wish you can opt this service It is a less time consuming and less complicated because you can see what I am doing so please let me know.

Sorry times up. I'm going back to where I bought everything.
I really don't understand the difficulty with this issue of activation.
I feel like I wasted $36. I certainly hope that this was a one time payment and will not reoccur.
Please Advise.
