My windows 10 desktop...

My windows 10 desktop only has blue screen at boot up and won't open to desktop

Technician's Assistant: What's the make and model of your machine? And how long has the screen been an issue?

It's a Viao all in one. this just started yesterday

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your All-in-one? What troubleshooting have you tried?

I am not sure of purchase date. I have tried turning it off and back on and tried to boot in safe mode.

there is only the three symbols and the first one is an internet symbol the other 2 are the same

Please try these steps: When you get to the screen with the 3 icons in the lower right corner,

hold and keep down the left Shift key. Click the power icon in the lower right corner (far right)

and select Restart.

Release the Shift key when you see the Choose an Option screen.

click Troubleshoot

click Advanced Options

click Startup Settings

click Restart

When the computer restarts and you see the Startup Settings page,

tap the F5 key on your keyboard.

The computer will restart in safe mode w/networking (you should have an internet connection)

Please let me know if you can get that far and I can give further instructions.

When the power icon is left-clicked a menu should pop up with 3 options sleep>shutdown>restart
