I cannot remember my user ID. I think I put it under my work email and would like it under my home email. I would also like to change my password

Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your username and password?

I just set up my log in last week and tried to get into it about 10 minutes ago by have not been able to.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

I don't think so my computer installs them automatically.
