My Magic Jack Plus...

My Magic Jack Plus does not light the Ethernet connection. I suspect either the module or the power supply is bad.

Technician's Assistant: What's the make and model of your computer? And how long have you been using magicJack?

I have been using MJ for over to 1 years. My computer has nothing to do with my MJ, notice I said I am using the MJ+

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

On what?

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

All I want to know is where & how can I get a replacement PS & MJ+
