I have trouble with AOL update, as it relates to pass word and accessing.

Since I updated AOL

Acer, 840GB, windows 10

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your Acer? What troubleshooting have you tried?

I use Re-image, and my laptop was purchased i 2015
