Did you already try and go to https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery and type in your email address or phone number? This should allow you to reset your password.

If your able to reset your password ***** you still can't get into your gmail. Let me know what you use to get your email. Meaning do you go directly to the website to get your gmail or do you use a program such as outlook, mac mail, etc.

You can try and click the "try a different question" at the bottom of that window. Then hopefully it will give you a question you know the answer to.

It timed out it's probably best if you try on your computer but I did get different questions and was able to type in your***@******.*** as an option

But when you are on the google recovery website trying to get verified, try the different question link like I did even from the start or even try a phone number instead. Sometimes they trigger different questions.
