The email address has basic security: date of birth and password. If you cannot recover it using it, then you probably wont be able to recover it at all, unless you remember your password ***** use the date of birth that was entered during registration.

I think the birthdate used was 6 Dec 1956.i want your organisation to resolve my problem as you claim or give me a refund as stated. There has been alot of exchange of messages for no result.
