I always used Safari, but for some reason--I'm a real illiterate here--it quit working so I started using Google Chrome. But I don't recall being asked a password.

Tonight. Google said it didn't recognize my password. So your expert sent me to a place to reset. I reset the password, as Google told me to, then it doesn't recognize THAT password. I've reset three times, it just won't allow me a new password.
