For three days I...

For three days I have not been able to access my e-mail. I do not have a password ***** works, and the last time I had this difficulty I was able to use the number under the modem. Not this time. I am 84 years old and not computer proficient. The panel that askes for password--or new password ***** my attempts to enter--and as the "not a robot" scrips get harder I can read the blurry ones.

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?

Samsung, windows 7,

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

Not all, not recently

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I do not believe that you are directly connected to my server comcast. Are you? and if this is an independent company, why is it on the centurylink home page?
