I have real player...

I have real player and Real times. The audio is gone on my cache of videos . There is a sign asking if I want aan update on each specific video. Real times will not play audio but sign says to contack Customer Support which is impossible.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer do you have?

HP with Windows 7.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

No. In one of the places I contacted, there was a note saying I had used 100% of my cloud space, but didn't tell me what to do about it

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I have Real Times installed on another computer, but it is separate. They are not synced. I never use it.
