I'm getting a message...

I'm getting a message saying that my computer doesn't have enough memory to open a certain page or ... snap, out of memory. Can I bring it in and have more memory installed?

Technician's Assistant: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?

I'm an 85 year old grandma and the computer is about three or four years old. I got it at Best Buy .... I don't know how to actually work on it.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

Probably .... automatically
